  1. Ugh, I'm really conflicted about this as well. I even called the 1-800 customer service number to ask whether they really really want us to fill in every blank field with "N/A," "None," or "0" even though the PDF itself often doesn't allow for those inputs electronically, and the guy said "well if that's what the instructions say...." which doesn't inspire too much confidence, but.

     

    Has anyone's application been rejected on this basis yet?
