    And yes, the ceremony was beautiful. The judge was sincere and was very positive and encouraging. The actual U.S Attorney for Eastern District of Missouri was there the entire time and gave some speeches etc. Despite the 1.5 hour wait to get in, it was all well worth it, and I'm still in shock that I'm a U.S Citizen. This will be something I'll never forget. It's been one heck of a journey. I might've shed a small tear during the national anthem.

     

     

    Sorry lol what number did you have. We had 11 on the list . It was so beautiful

    After only being able to sleep like 4 hrs due to nervousness, I finally had my interview today! I'm a joint i-751/n-400 filer.  My lawyer advised me to bring my spouse to the interview, since my i-751 hadn't been adjudicated for some reason (been 15 months).

     

    At first, the immigration officer said she won't do both interviews on the same day and i would have to come back for the i-751 interview, but she was nice enough and talked to her supervisor after my lawyer insisted to do both today. Eventually, another lady did my i-751 with my spouse which only took 10 minutes. The n-400 was about 20 minutes including the 10 question Civic test (she stopped asking after I passed 6 questions)

     

    Overall I was there for over 2 hours but it was worth the wait instead of having to come back. Now it's just a waiting period for the oath letter to come. 

    Hi I seen you were from stl so are we..did they tell you how long it would take to get the oath letter. She told us within 30 days and well it’s almost that time now..the next oath is Jan I seen on the net

    Up to now, i have not receive any notice by mail. I'm starting to worry.:(

     

    did you send in n400 paper or online. im in st louis and trying to see where they are doing the n400. thanks
