I filed the petition for my fiancee in early April, 2017, we are currently waiting on NOA2. I am concerned that the petition could be denied due my unemployment status of this year. I have not claimed any unemployment benefits in any way. My income before tax for 2016 was $20,000. I will have my parents as co-sponsor. Here are my questions:
1. How much income earned by my parents will be considered enough for I-134?
2. Will my unemployment status have any effect on the chance of visa getting denied?
3. Will it help our case if I can get a job before her interview?
