Do I need to Renounce Philippine Citizenship once I take my oath Ceremony? and can I still use my Philippine passport exiting US? I was planning to apply my US passport when i get to US embassy, Manila Philippines.

USCIS status "Oath Ceremony will be scheduled" it means that they were already done with the quality review of my N-400?

it will take a month for IO to review ur docs.

after Fingerprint waiting time would be 4-6mos for interview. USCIS will update ur status once they scheduled and mailed ur interview notice.

seeking some advice please! I applied N-400 last July 17, 2016, and got approved last July 12, 2017. I am still waiting for my oath letter, hoping that it will comes before our flight (flight date August 29, 2017). My husband and I have been planning a trip to the Philippines since last year, and he already booked our plane tickets 6mos. ago. thinking that my N-400 application won't take that long. 

My questions are:

Can i still travel to the Philippines with my Philippine passport with my previous last name? 

Can i travel outside US without my GC? once i get my letter i might take my oath ceremony here, and then apply for my US passport in the US embassy, Manila Philippines.

Where can i apply a passport and get on the same day in Texas?

yes, tell IO about ur last trip because on the interview IO will check ur passport. 

i am not sure how many are allowed inside st. lukes except the applicant, but to make sure include ur brother in ur authorization letter, so they can explain to the security guard that ur mom doesn't know how to speak tagalog that's why they needed ur brother to be with ur son and mom.
