Hi I know this is a long shot and maybe you don't come on here anymore bit could u give me details of where your civil surgeons office was in orlando. I need my vaccinations transcribing and wondered if it was anywhere near me. I'm near southchase/Kissimmee area. Thanks so much

Hi Chloe! So sorry - this is the first time I've logged on in months
Ummm, I didn't get my vaccinations transcribed - I think because I had and acceptable form of evidence in the form of a letter stating my vaccination history from my UK GP. I was convinced I'd need a transcription, but nobody ever asked.
By the way, I'm pretty sure we're neighbors!
