we are about to apply for I-751( 10 yr. green card), my wife got her drivers license here in illinois on sept. of 2021. we are allowed to apply for 10 yr green card on june 26th, her friend recently got hers approved, but it took 6 months until interview and green card approval. my wifes drivers license is a limited term drivers license due to the term of 1 year only(expiration date of 2 yr. green card.if it takes 6 months for interview her drivers license will expire and without new green card i dont think she can renew drivers lic.????? is there an extension at the DMV???? or will she be without DL until renewed GC?? lose her job because cant drive legally??

sect. 2. 21b.-- it asks for most recent passport number, ( she has since gotten new passport because of marriage name change) put new one?

sect. 2. 21.c. travel document number if any(  she has 1-94 and passport only)

sect2 . 27 category we know its c9 but there is 3 boxes for entry put c9 and leave last box empty?

is the EAD renewal form same as original?

my wife was supposed to have interview for AOS, mar. 30,2020....we have not been rescheduled yet, we have called they said to just wait.....her EAD, expires jan 11 , 2021. with everything going on should we try to renew EAD. before prices go up or wait for green card?..i know alot of problems with USCIS..just asking for opinions plz...Daryl

green card interview was supposed to be mar. 30, 2020, of course it was cancelled due to covid, has anyone had and progress of similar cases?. i have looking on here , but the site is hard to navigate , i keep getting info from past years, just wondering whats been happening,,also her EAD will expire on jan11. 2021, so wondering if we need to apply for another soon because she is working and i really dont think the green card will come soon enough. thanks

my fiance has appt for interview 21 of march

my lawyer is sending my i-134 wed. they say takes 10 days to arrive, and st lukes suggests 2 weeks ahead of interview..that means she needs to get there the 7th, but my paper work wont arrive at her home until 10th. so she would have to fly back again ...how many days in advance is suggested for st lukes processing time?...could she get there on the 13th and still be able to get it done for interview on the 21st?thanks  daryl
