If my mum(LPR) in the US filled for me(am in Ghana) under F2A and I have now been moved to F2B can I move back to F2A when my mum gains citizenship status?

Hmmm they sent me an NVC welcome letter on December 24,2015

but frankly I dnt know if that's the approval letter,is it?

My priority is 4 June 2015 and it became current on 8 April 2017 

i was 20 when my mum filed for me,am now 22

i just called the NVC today and they told me my case has been moved from F2A to F2B,pls how long can it take me to get my interview date? Do o have a have at all?

i dnt even know the date my petition was approved,I think they might have sent the approval letter to my mum in the US (petitioner)

pls help me out(am the beneficiary)
