Okay someone apply for a job and bring these papers in and tell us how it goes.

Then we'll know for sure. I totally would...but I'm afraid of rejection.

My wife is currently in this process. Her employer is now asking for more documentation. Even though she already got her foot in the door, she may have to take a leave until her EAD comes in. Has anyone done anything with USCIS to accelerate or ask them to provide documentation so that the employer is satisified?

I would like to notorize all the documents as early as possible before the interview, but I noticed that the I-134 is set to expire 04/30/07. If the form expires on this date and the interview date occurs after this date, do I need to notorize again?

Also, I have seen others say copies of passport/pay stub/bank statements need to be notorized too. Is that true? That seems to be way overboard if you ask me.

I'd like to find out which mail carrier the US consulate uses in Guangzhou? Is it DHL or EMS or China Post, etc? My fiancee is concerned that some carriers are not as diligent and may just leave the packages outside on the front door.
