On December 8th USCIS received the documents we sent them and we got our NOA 1 on January 15th. After that they sent us the fingerprints appointment for Feb. 8th. After a looooong wait and dozens of calls to USCIS we got the approval notice on May 3rd BUT haven't got the EAD card yet. We called USCIS on May 30th and they said they got 60 days to send the card after the approval notice so we had to wait; so we wait but we got nothing. Yesterday we called again and they told us that the there wasn't a tracking number for the card so technically the card was never produced. I already filled a inquiry about the case being out of the processing time on July 3rd but no response yet, we are supposed to received a response by July 25th. I m just so sick and tired of this whole process and nonsense waiting I just hope we can get our card soon. Oh, and we still haven't heard anything from the green card yet
