Hi. I need your help. My mom is really sick and one of her wishes is to see her sister from the Philippines. Does my aunt need to apply for a tourist visa and just give her all the medical report to show the Philippine/US embassy or she also needs an invitation? Thank you.

i need some advise please. i have a friend who petitioned his fiance` and got married a wk after she got here in the US. but he found out that she just used him to come here and didn't really want to have anything to do with him. her fiance` visa expired last nov. 30th. he filed a grievance to the immigration already about the incident. what else do u think he should do next? can u help me out please!!! thank you!

But he found out that the girl really didn't want to have anything to do with him. Basically, she just used him to come over to the US. What do you think he should do? He already filed a complaint with the INS about this incident. It's been 3mos when this happened and i think the girl's visa expired last fri (Nov.11th) What further action does he need to do next? If you are talking about the fee you pay at the Consulate (at your K-1 Visa interview), the fee is $100.00 (US$).

can anybody help me??? NVC have forwarded our papers to manila embassy. they have received it nov. 3. my questions are, will i be receiving anymore papers? what about the AOS, will they send me a form? and the payment for visa or visa application, how does it work? thank u very much

so we can try to help you. What papers are you talking about? There are a lot of steps to this process and each requires different forms.

ok..i received a paper from NVC 3wks ago saying that they've received our approved I-129F. on that letter it also state that they would 4ward our papers to the appropriate visa-issuing post where the interview will take place. i emailed manila embassy to know if they have received our papers but up until now they haven't sent me any reply

questions pls...after the papers have been approved, what will be the next step? will i be expecting anymore papers? thank you

quick question, hope u can help me out. i received a letter that says request for evidence and attached is a form. it's supplement to I-129F. questions 2 & 3 doesn't have an option for a NO answer or Not Applicable. My question is, do i just leave it blank and mail it back?
