Well, finally I received this afternoon THE email, and my online status was updated. Today, July 9, 2007,production was ordered!!!

After 113 days in DORA program in Dallas, and when I was absolutely desperate, even I waste 180 dolar in an employment work authoorization, now everything look almost done.

I hope have my GC in less than 30 days!!!1 I can stop crying!!!

I read your post, and it is exactly the same they told me. So, finally I send mu application to EAD too even though I know that it will be a waste of money 99% sure cos I will get the CG before 3 months, but....

The thing I decided is make another appointment again in 2-3 weeks if nothing happens.

Finally I had the interview this morning.

Well, one good and one bad news. The good one is that they checked my case just 10 days ago, so everything is correct and it is only a question of time.

The bad thing is that no one knows how long this time will be, so I only can wait and wait. After that, I decided to apply for EAD, even though I know that it probably will be a waste of money, cos in 3 months I will have my GC, but, what else can I do?

I am not in Oklahoma, but in Dallas. I have EXACTLY the same problem as you. Tomorrow, the 28th, I have my second appointment after 92 days to ask what is happening with my case. I just have read what you have written about your second appointment and it is certainly discouraging. If they tell me nothing I have to think about sending the application for EAD.

Furthermore, my K-1 visa expires at August the 6th, so I don't want to think what would happen if I don't have my GreenCard by then.

Tomorrow I am going to write a post about my appointment.

I am basically in the same situation I had the interview March 27. and one month later I was fingerprinted.

Since then....nothing. Today is day 92, and I can not work because I did not applied for EAD beacuse thay told me I would have my Green Card in 90 days ( the same time I had to wait for EAD)

I neither have received my 70 days letter, and I am in day 92!!!!

Tomorrow I have and appointment in the the USCIS offise to change my address and to ask what is happening with

my case: no 70 days letter, no updates, NOTHING

It's crazy!!

Well, I called this week to FBI to check they had my fingerprints. A woman told me another fbi number and I had no problem with this

I found the number in fbi.gov in the link to local offices

Well, I have the appointment one day before you, so I will be able to tell what happened.

If you discover anythingnew, please tell me; we are in the same situation

I understand you perfectly, because I am in your same situation since I entered the US.

It's incredible that you receive your 70 days letter in day 91...this is so slow...but it helps me, because

now I know that still I can receive mine, and I am in day 83!!!!!

I read that you say about the senator and everything, but I dont think that u have to wait 3 more months for the EAD.

According with what I read they should give an appointment and the you will fingerprinted, and in one week you will have your EAD.

I think that we are in the exactly same case.

I am in the same case of you...almost. In my case day 90 will be next week and I did not hear anything since the fingerprint. Neither "touched" nor 70 days letter.

What I did is make an appintment for June 28, which is my day 91 in the USCIS office to ask for my case.

I am kind of desperate too

I did not ask for it because theoricatilly I should have my GC in 90 days

I called FBI and thye compelted in one day

so, if I understood correctly, your case was updated after you were fingerprinted. My case wasn´t updated since the interview, and I was figerprinted 1 month ago.

Just i have to wait 2 more weeks, and the I am going to ask again.

well, at least you have received the 70 days letter.. I did not...and in 2 weeks expire de 90 days period of time

What I did id make a new appointemt for June 28 (DAY 91) to ask for my case.

I am actually in the final steps in the DORA program and I am a little worried, so I am writing that for if any person can help me.

I had the DORA interview March 26 in Dallas, TX, everything was perfect, and then I had my fingerprints

appointment April 27.

So, my green card process should be almost done.

My problem is that when I check my case online in the USCIS website, it did not change since the interview, and I think I should have received any letter, or the online status should have changed when they took my fingerprints or something telling me that my fingerprints were approved by FBI or something like that, but I did not.

I am in panic that something wrong happened to my fingerprints.

Has any person any problem like that? Should I wait more time? Have your online status changed after the FP?
