Submitted wife's application online.
Do you know what the estimated wait time is for at the bottom section of the case status?

I checked my case status online and it still says "On February 26, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC17320XXXXX, at your local office."
Am I the only one that has this status? I've seen your posts with updates in April.

Hey everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday!
I wanted to give you all an update: My wife and I filed our joint 751 petition, and received the green card extension NOA1 form last August.
No biometric notice, no nothing since then. I went to an Info Pass appointment after Hurricane Irma and the officer advised me that everything in the system is fine, and to wait. She told me to come back if I dont hear anything back by December. Well the holidays came and went.
I went to another Info Pass appointment on Tuesday. The immigration officer was a very pleasant gentleman, very professional, and very informative. He told me that the case is moving through the system and processing fine. He said that the fingerprints have been waived. I then asked him if I can get the receipt# I can use to track the case online, and he said he doesn't have that, but I am more than welcome to call the 800# to get it. I called, and got transferred to a tier 2 officer and received my new WAC #. Back to the Info Pass officer - he told me adjudications now take between 12-18 months, and he invited me to apply for Naturalization once I'm eligible.
So everyone who hasn't heard anything back from USCIS yet, do not stress yourselves over it. They are just backlogged, understaffed, and overworked. I know the waiting game sucks. It does. I want to have my permanent green card too so I can travel easier (it's not hard to travel with the 751 extension letter, but it is a pain in the butt), since I do a lot of international travel for my job.
The end of January is near, so we will all be eligible to naturalize under the three year rule in less than six months.
I hope everyone is doing great! Take care
Is it three years of being a permanent resident or three years from the time we got married? (We did the adjustment of status a bit late )

Hey guys seems like I'm gonna have news from USCIS today in my mailbox. Just got email from usps delievery. I guess it's for bio appt cuz it says FL application center address on it. I'm already nervous cuz again no letter for my son, unless they put two appt in one envelope...
Did you send one check for the I-751 fee and 2 biometrics fee, or you sent a separate check for son's biometrics fee?

Thank you!

Hello everyone! Sending our application tomorrow morning. Good luck to all of us!
Do you know when we can expect the extension letter? We plan to travel first week of October. My wife's GC will expire on Sept 28.

Where it says "I, *blank*", your wife prints her name. She signs with her signature on the next page.
(If you're filling it out on the computer you should find that you will be able to type her name into the "I, *blank*" section, but will not be able to type anything into the signature section on the next page. I've found that to be a good clue of where actual signatures are required vs. printed names.)
Thank you very much!

For Part 7 "Acknowledgement of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center", is it requiring a signature or print my wife's name?

You can do it all in one cheque. You can note in the memo line what it's for if you want to clarify it for them (e.g. $595 I-751 filing fee plus $85 biometrics fee for 2 people). When they send you the receipt/extension letter it'll show the total amount you paid to them as well.
Thank you so much!

Filing ROC next week for my wife and daughter. Do I send a check for $765 (I-751 fee + 2 biometrics fee) or 1 check for I-751 and another check for their biometrics fee?

Last time it said 1 month to go... It shows this now when I check on the status:
"Estimated time* until case decision:
Things are taking longer than expected. You do not have to do anything at this time."
