    i field renewal for ead in june 5th 2017 & they updated name change on aug 17th 2017 , since then no updates  i asked my attroney  about it , she said coz ur i360 is pending for decsion so u need to wait until decsion ,is it true & i field my vawa on april 14th 2016 & submitted rfe on sep 30th 2016 , i contacted congress person , they said its under backgroundcheck  , i dont know why its taking so long .  any idea what should i do

      my case is approved and I'm a permanent resident now :)

      congrts , after vawa approved how long it took for Aos interview?

      vawa approved 2nd week of sep 2017 

      filed i-485 and i-765 end of sep 2017 and they received the 1st week of Oct 2017

       

      1st-week oct 2017 to March 1st week of 2018

       

      4 months
