if they assigned case number and iin number then...wait for welcome email from them. then only u can fill out choice of agent form.

I got my case number and IIN number and I filled choice of agent form today.. Also I paid for aos fees of 129 dollars which I supposed to wait till they review my choice of agent for. Did anybody pay their aos fees early ??? How long do I have to wait till I fill out visa application ?

u spoke with level 2 officer? I talked with her and only thing she told me was my case was received and haven't been assigned to anyone yet. Then she hung up. that was really rude. my pd is june 20 , Potomac.

I wonder whose status did change.  

Anybody online status change from case was received to something else? Mine is still same and says we will notify you if we accept or reject the case.

It says they are processing December 6 as of May 31. It means they are working on December cases as of May 31. According to visajouurney, they are working   on February second week application so far today.....

May I know,how did u find this information?  I looked at uscis.gov ,it says they are working on December applications. Can you please  send me the link . Btw, my applications is on potomac service center. And i received my noa1 in June 20.

I put my recent marriage date according to the certificate in my application.

Never lie in an immigration process because you never know when and how they will found out about it.

Thanks that's really helpful. I did not lie to Anyone. It's just i had to marry with same girl twice to get the marriage certificate.

And now I have a marriage certificate but the date is recent ,not the one with traditional marriage date. It's a huge confusing.

That's what I i afraid of. They may get confused with my previously tradition marriage with my new legal marriage date. 

But uscis did not validate my tradition marriage because I could not provide them my legal marriage certificate. So I have to marry my wife again Lol,  in legal way to obtain legal certificates.

Now,I gathered all of my required documents like marriage certificate and other evidences from nepal ,not India.

Does it impact my current application process because previously i told them my marriage occurred  in India and now I am telling them it happened in NEPAL.

Thank you for replying. My previous i130 denied due to lack of legal document like marriage certificate. We got married in india during my vacation. Uscis asked me the marriage certificate where we celebrated our marriage ( india) but I provided only relationship verification issued from my born country. 

Now I gathered our marriage certificate, relationship verification , third party bona fide marriage letter and planning to submit my applications. Am I missing something.....???

 I filed i 130 around 2 years ago for my wife and it was denied. So adding more documents which were the main reasons for previous denial , I am preparing for my next applications. What are the documents or necessary  precautions that I need to apply ?

Any body had such kind of situations or informations,  please let me know. Any kind of help will be appreciated.
