Hey guys, we just got our approval letter from the USCIS that our petition has been approved and sent to the NVC. Alhamdulillah (Thanks to Almighty ALLAH). We have been approved just a week before the 5 month mark. Any one else got their approval?
Congratulations! I have a question for you my priority date is March 7th but my case status didn't update yet online nor i got any letter so did USCIS updated online first or you got the approval letter first?

thank you so much for helping out. I was not sure about the whole sponsoring my spouse with cash. I am selling property in india and taking the money back to states so i can open a business. I will have over $70000 for sure which is why i was asking. The money i am getting is after the sale of an asset and its mine not borrowed if i can prove that, can i use it to sponsor my husband. The only question and concern i have would i be allow to use that money to sponsor him since its not borrow. Yes it hasn't been in my account for 12 months but still it will be there. I don't know who else i can ask to joint sponsor my spouse.

Hi, I have a question as well about sponsoring my spouse. Can i sponsor him by showing cash (Since it's an asset as well) in my account? Since i dont have a job right now and actually in process to buy an existing business but that will take two months or maybe less! Also, Am i required to submit my tax return still? I am a recent college graduate and after graduation i only had one internship and got married. So till last year i was dependent.
NOA2 Approval Letter!!!! Alhamdulillah 😁😁

Thanks for the quick reply! It's very much appreciated. So i guess they don't update case status online first and i just keep an eye out for a letter.
