    Parents fake marriage to my birth cert

    Hi everyone. Im from the philippines and i live here in USA and just had my us citizenship. Im planning to petition my mom to go here, but i have a problem regarding my birth certificate that indicated that my parents got married but never happened.but my mom never used my dad's last name.my dad passed away last 2006.  And now my mom married to my step dad and she is using his last name. Please help me how to correct this one. Thank you so much.
