yea most overlook alot of things most i've come in contact with anyways! im 22 and i did all our paperwork myself.. I-130 and I-129F anyways good luck in gettin speedy approval!

i waited almost 7 mos for approval in vermont!! wow i just looked mine took 203 days!! thats the highest so far well of people that have been approved so far anyways!

well on my noa#1 is says.. this type of case takes from 60-180 days i think something like that.. and i just called the 1800 number and spoke to some nice guy in new mexico, and i said its been over 180 days i filed a long time ago.. and i've heard nothing!

(on the noa#1 it says.. 180 days... to me i consider that being the maximum it SHOULD take.. )

i just dont know whats taking so long and then i was like. is there anyway we can file a complaint or something on the application? soo he said yes! and he said we would file an "outside normal processing time" complaint with uscis.. he did say that it would take up to 60 days to hear something but.. it turns out it was 2 weeks.

as he was going through the questions.. reading aloud.. there was a question about what qualified me to file this complaint.. and he checked off.. exceeds 180 days after filing.. so if they say no dont believe them.. cuz i heard him say this and thats what he checked off as my reason for filing the complaint!!! i know it can be done cuz i did it!.. good luck dipsticks! i hope u hear something soon!

wow!! after so long our I-129 F for spouse was approved today!!! ... i filed something with uscis over the phone a week ago sayin it was outside of normal processing dates and.. wooolaaa!!!! im glad i called and insisted on making a "complaint"!!! i guess i will never know if that was the reason why!

mine was transf to V SC too and... yea NOHTING nada... so i called... and umm this lady at VSC told me that they didnt know how to do them!! how stupid! why send my stuff to somewhere thats in training??? sghes like.. i think we JUSST now... being.. decem 20, started processing them... we hav enever done them here.. and we dont know how to.. soo yea.. that was my hopes for ahving an approval...... anytime...... this YEARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

MINE has delayed immensly because of this im sure!! im positive!!

mine ws finally visable online and by customer service in october sometime... then NOT even 2 wks later they sent my form to vermont for processing.... when others were already being transferred along time before me!! soo frustrating and its STILL not approved... and peopl who filed in sept.. octo... are already approved... totaly sucks.. just beware... they might screw it up like they did mine.. even though they wont admit it!!!

i have two kids at home! and yet im here at work.. on my 16th hour of work today! and my husband is in Mexico since Feb 2006!! what the hell did i ever do wrong? we BOTH need to hears news.. SOON.. BTW when can i contact congressman? at 6 months? or are they going to pull that ###### where i need to wait until the processing date has past my recieved date??? if thats so.. then i might as well wait until 2008!

im so lost with tax law and i read that if your spouse is an alien or whatever to leave it single.. should i have it as married?

i recieved notice by email and mail that my case was trans.. and i just recieved emails saying it arriv ed on monday so i guess i gota giv e it another week.

.... now Im wondering what it is that they want from you!!! .. i mean. i think they would know if they needed a RFE from you.. and they would def know if you were approved.... thats odd.. because if it was sent out on the.. 22nd or whatever.. and it was sent back to them.. it had to be mailed out quite a while before the 22nd.. to get through the whole postal service and then get back ot them as undeliverable...

hopefully everything turns out OK in the next week or so.. but.. thats still.. more waiting

i never used one and i didnt use tabs either.. its up to you... they just take it all apart anyways.
