When it comes to the I-94 Record on question 37 of the Beneficiary information i'm a bit confused.  At first it asks if your beneficiary has ever been to the US (yes, that's where we met).  Then it asks if they are currently still in the US (No), and it says if the answer is "Yes" to fill out the rest of the form.  I was going to leave the rest blank, as it says, but then i read on the instructions that if your Fiancee has "Ever" been to the US that you need to supply all of their I-94 documents.  I have copy's of all of her Visa records just in case, but i wanted to see what this community through about that.  Thank you. 

Alright, so it's acceptable to stencil in "Present" on the electronic form after I print it out (since it isn't an option on the drop down)?

I'm finishing up the majority of my packet today and i was having second thoughts on how i should list my current employment history.  I wasn't sure if i should put today's date as the "Date To" (Part 1, 16.b) or if leaving it blank would signify to them that i do indeed still work there (Which is the case).  Thank you.

I'm currently filling out the I-129f and came across Part (4) where it asks about the Biographic Information.  Are they requesting MY information (the petitioner), or my Fiancee's (the Beneficiaries)?  The way it's worded seemed a bit vague to me (unless i missed something).  Thanks everyone.
