I cannot confirm the accuracy of the information found on this link https://www.wikiprocedure.com/index.php/American_Samoa_-_Police_Clearance_Certificate but it might give you a rough idea. Try to contact the Samoa Police HQ and ask for further information. They can probably guide you better and more accurately based on their current practice :)

Thank for the info. But I think this website doesn't help me at all. Tried contacting them and sent emails but no answer 😞

For K1 Visa, you will no longer need the form G-325A as the form I-129F has been updated and whatever information that is being asked from G-325A is now added on the new form I-129F.

I assume you are the petitioner?

As for her working "illegally", remember that all these papers you will be submitting will go straight to the immigration department of the US Government. If found and proven that she indeed worked for someone illegally, you may have a hard time trying to get her to come to the US. The immigration policy is now stricter more than ever and the US government is very much against illegal activities concerning citizenship and employment.

Best thing to do is for you guys to consult an immigration lawyer.

    Best of luck!

Thank you for the info. Definitely will consult an immigration lawyer.

  3. My fiancee worked abroad (American Samoa) but after her contract she applied for another company where she was illegally working . Does she need to list those out(illegally working without work authorization)  Since American Samoa is a US territory, she already have a US social security number. Her first company paid her taxes while she was working with them. But after her contract she needs to find another job where she worked illegally. Her new company deducting taxes and social security payments but she doesn't know if they did pay her taxes. She only worked there for seven months. Now, she's back to her country waiting what to do with her employment history.

All answers will be appreciated. Thank you.
