    I finally got my Interview Letter on 9/9.Cr1 interview 10/19 Tunisia Usa Embassy. Our DQ was 6/17/2022.

    I emailed them and they replied saying they have halted spousal and family visas until they finish lottery visas which is due by September 30th. Then they also posted a message on their local embassy site.

    I’m at 10 weeks now and still nothing so its more then 6 weeks for Tunisia.

    others from June 10th and before got their interview within 3 weeks of dq but mine was June 17th and they stopped cr1 interviews all together unless expedited. I did try but that was refused. I have emailed them and called. I did an inquire with Nvc July 7th so hopefully I will hear something soon.

    no they arn’t just they are working on lottery and student visas right now. They arn’t doing any spousal visas.

    Hello , I am doing cr1 visa for my husband. We are stuck at Nvc waiting for interview so I understand your frustration. California is a long wait. Also k1 is taking more time nowadays. Don’t do the tourist visa because it will look bad to them. Just try to be patient. I wish you good luck.

    They usually don’t send IL’s on Mondays. Its usually Tuesday thru Fridays.
