Yes you do need the Vaccination Supplement completed. Which you need to take to the AOS Interview. I went had mine checked today. Had to have another three vaccination which where not done in the UK. In total this came to $202.00. I hope this helps you.

Hi ,

when i arrived at the airport in Miami . i had to be interviewed. They opened my brown envolope went through my medical. Then asked where my place of residance in the USA was. The address , phone number.. My mother and fathers first names. My occupation . Where i met my fiance. Then they told me i had to be married in 90 days. File for AOS. That interview lasted for 30minutes. I then misses my conecting flight to Houston. I went out on the next flight. Twentynine hours travelling that day in total before i got home. Hope this helps.

Sorry if there are any missing they will top it up on the day. I have just phoned up and made an Appointment. All they told me to bring was my passport and a copy of the vaccinations i have had. They would do the top ups on the day.

The question is the one on form I-485 Application To Register Residence Of Adjust Status. It says All documents establishing your elegibility of lawful permanent resident of status. I just need to know is it our marriage certificate to prove our marriage in 90 days.

Yes you can have your vaccination supplement done by the 31 October. I have just phone up for an appointment and was given one for 3pm Monday. Just to bring my Passort and record of all Vaccination .My AOS Interview is also on the 31 October. So there is time.

1) Appointment for Biometrics.

2) Petition for Alien Relative.

3)Application to Register Perment Residence or Adjust Status.

Hi,

Your medical is valid if you arrived in the USA within 12 months of the medical been completed. You will only need to have done is a Vaccination supplement. Which is form I-693. I hope this helped you.
