Oh, I had no idea K-3 became obsolete. Well, all that work for naught

My middle name was swapped with my first name on marriage certificate. I sent in my I-129F already and sent the photocopy of my marriage certificate, but do you think I need to visit Vietnam and have them correct the marriage certificate? My wife and I are afraid this little mix up could end up costing us a lot of delay.

CVS printed my 2x2 photos and they are off by an extra 1/8" on each side. Will USCIS be fine with this or are they so meticulous that they will whip out a ruler and measure?

I am filing for my spouse. Instructions say leave no blanks to questions, but these are loaded questions. They are check boxes. I cannot write N/A or None because there is no indicated space to do so. So what do I do?

I am the husband, filling out i-130A for my wife. Do I need to assume I am the preparer and fill out Part 6 of page 4? "Contact Information, Declaration, and Signature of the Person Preparing this Form, if Other Than the Spouse Beneficiary"
