All the single filed I130 cases for children under 21years by USC I have seen, none seems to have been transferred to National benefits center but if transferred at all it seems it's usually to another service center..That's what bothers me about my children's cases being transferred to National benefits center from Nebraska service center after 7months of being there. Has anyone had or having same experience?

My USC hubby filed i130 for my children minors who are outside US. USCIS received the files October 24th 2016. The case status was updated online on May 31st that has been transferred to another USCIS office. We got the notice about a week later saying the case has been transferred to NBC. Am so confused cos the cases are already 7months plus and don't know if single filed I130 can be moved to National benefits center
