  1. My interview was June 14 in Guangzhou, China. At the end of the interview, I was given a green "Final Processing Letter" paper. My petitioner(my dad), is self-employed, so does he write a letter himself saying he's self-employed? He also has a business license, should I include that? The license expires June 30, 2017, and he already paid the renewal fee, but the actual new license comes in 3 weeks. Should I include the renewal statement?

Besides providing recent paystub, should I also provide bank statements showing the money has gotten transferred to the bank account? Not sure if I should do that because the statement shows withdrawals of money as well...

They already saw his 2016 tax returns and saw his recent income evidence in the interview... don't understand why they want to see basically the same thing again... His 2016 tax return is above the 125% poverty line, but 2015 tax is not, it's $300 under. Is 2015 tax return gonna be a big problem  T_T

Was anyone else in a similar situation? Any replies would help! Sorry for asking SO many questions. Thank you guys in advance!!

They simply want evidence of your father's employment.

    It's a form letter.

  3. My interview was June 14 in Guangzhou, China. At the end of the interview, I was given a green "Final Processing Letter" paper, and it requests 3 things under the "Please submit the following documents from your petitioner" section on the paper. I have a question about ONE of the requested documents. It asks for "Recent U.S. employment offer letter for the principal applicant or spouse." This line was under the "Please submit the following documents from your petitioner", but it asks for a letter for the principal applicant? I am the principal applicant and I'm petitioned by my father. I'm a student and there is no way for me to get an employment offer letter. Do they want my college offer letter? Or do they want to see my dad's employment offer letter? If they want the letter from my dad, he's self-employed, so does he write a letter himself saying he's self-employed?
