Hello I am i130 CSC.. is there anyone who got RFE? ..I got my RFE today and I am worried how to process further

Thats depressing.....not sure we will get interview date with in 2018

45 more days....that's too long time....any idea how long it's going to take for the entire process??

In some cases, NVC assigns a case # to both the K3 and I-130 at teh same time. I've seen that several times here, but it is not that frequent. So, who knows? it could help after all

What is the latest update about CSC ... did anyone on October and November 2016 got approval???

My NOA1 date is nov13 2016 and m still waiting for approval....it's been too long 

It seems like Csc is not processing case of spouse of lpr...any approval these days?...Site shows august 23 , 2016 since January 

My application date-nov7,2016

NOA1 received-nov14,2016

still waiting for the approval...lpr

its getting tuff m becoming hopeless

I haven't still got approval of NOA1...I have heard it gonna take more time in NVC....this is giving me a big headache

Do u mean the complete process is of 12to 14 months ? My received date is nov14,2016..so approx till when will my process gets to an end

California service center 

permanent resident case (i130) is not moving at all.

I am greencard holder. I have applied for my wife in nov 14,2016. But the case is still not approved and its going to be 1 year now. I have noticed California has not approved any green card case in 2017 unlike other states. Why is this happening with California ?

This update shows august23,2016 since the December 2016... that means they haven't moved even a single day since December showing the same date (august 23 ) then and now. What may be the reason for this

I see that you received your NOA1 on 11/14/16 based on your timeline and that CSC has processed cases up to 1/1/17 for I-130 for USC filling for spouse. Have you tried calling USCIS to let them know that your case is out of sync since they are currently working on cases beyond your PD? If the operator cannot help you or provides a generic response, I would request to speak with a supervisor or have them call you. I ran into the same situation where the service center was processing cases beyond my PD and I escalated the situation to a supervisor. A week later my I-130 was approved. I hope this helps!
