    Select the option to hear latest about your case. It's going to ask you to enter your case #, after which it will tell you the latest about your case. You then press 3 to be routed to a human being (tier 1 call agent). Make your request to this agent and they will tell you they don't have the information but will instead transfer you over to tier 2 officer who will give you the tracking #. Most likely you will have to schedule a call back due to call volumes. Once the tier 2 officer calls you back, they will be able to give you the tracking #.

    I have infopass on june 19th and they stamp my passport for one more year. And also told me that my case is assigned to one officer. She text him about my case, and that officer sayed, i should have one answer in next 60days. They are doing security check in. Still pending and wondering after this new update from uscis, do i need to do case inquiry or just to wait more?
