Greetings! I have an inquiry regarding fiance visa application. I am based from U.S and I am planning to apply for K1 visa for my fiance from the Philippines, I just arrived here in the U.S last May 12, the last time I was here was 4 years ago, I had to go back to PH cos I had to finish my college and right after I graduated I went back here in U.S. Me and my fiancè has been together for 5 years. I am a U.S citizen. Were both free to marry and we do intend to marry. I just have concern with regards to financial requirements since I just started my first job ever last week so I dont have any income tax returns to present or to submit yet, but will my bank savings be enough as well as my stable earnings (pay stubs)? What if my bank savings are as much as what is needed in the poverty guidelines? Would that be enough proof? Thank you!
