Hi everyone,
I got approval letter today. However, I didn't apply i-485 when I apply i-130 on June 20. Can I apply it now?
Are you in the U.S already? If you are, you should have submitted your i-485 together with i130 to save time

Little update for all our fellow june filers. We have called Texas Service Center last week due to their processing time still saying they're working on Nov16 cases and rhe response of the person we spoke to on the phone was that in fact they are still working on cases from Nov16 BUT this doesn't mean they're not any further with processing than that, meaning there might be some open cases they have due to wrong filing or still missing documents. He said we should expect worst case 6-12months from now.
I was so shocked I almost started crying and wouldn't believe it.
However I looked through the other forums of filers up to March17 and they're starting to get their NOA2 letters now so hope's up. Looks like best case we can hope with responses in december...would definitely be a nice christmas present 😊
Stay strong yall.
Well i hope that officer you talked too was not for real! I've seen a lot of approvals from march already.

USCIS just updated their official reported processing times, looks like December 31st, 2016 for permanent residents filing and November 2nd, 2016 for US citizens filling I-130 for spouse at Texas Service Center.
I've heard that Visa Journey's predictions are much more accurate though, we are predicted to get NOA 2 around December 9th, 2017 which is still ages away
Yes its driving me crazy i feel like everyday my son is forgetting about me he is only 6years old. We requested for expedite (humanitarian) but got denied twice....

Really? Hope it was standard process and not expedited. But thats still a good news means texas is working faster than other service center.

I called they said its accurate. And the guy said its because they updated the way they are doing the approvals. So we should see approvals flow in over next few weeks to match that date. They are catching up ......
That's good news we're only 2 days apart PD. so it is really real? Lol

Yes, I did submit I-485 with I-131 and I-765to adjust my status. Would you mind share you experience? usually will got the green card and status adjust at the same time or adjust status first? When you got your EAD as I want the EAD card continue to work?
Are you in the U.S already? EAD takes a few weeks and then green card next after 3-4 months. Yes i filed mine all together.

It says May 31,2017 as of date. Where is the date they are working on? Cause all the dates say May 31, 2017 next to i130? How do you read the chart?
Yeap it says May 31 im about to call them ask if its a glitch a typo or not lol! Because its so odd all other service center looks so behind if they are really working on May 31.

NOA1 June 16,2017
Texas Service Center.
Lets hurry up and wait........................
Update on Texas service center i saw in the uscis site that they are working on May 31 2017 (i130) i don't know how true it is but lots of people that filed around September last year are still waiting on approvals... I don't wanna get my hopes up but im like 2 weeks away from what they're working on. How does that work? Should we expect ours soon since they're working on May 31st applications?
