  1. Hi all!

So I returned from the United states after being stuck there due to our borders being shut. I was actually waiting for my priority date to become current (Nov 2015). I returned home once it open and remained here ever since. I received  information from NVC and I filled out and submitted my I-864 and my IV( July 18th) I haven't heard anything from them on it as yet. my question is can I still travel to the USA on my b1/b2 visa?

  2. ok, thanks guys! i think i am going to find out if i can or cannot. I will build up the nerve to apply and explain my situation in hopes that they will give me the tourist visa. I will let you know if i am successful or not.

  3. yes, i was deported after the marriage was found to be fradulent, but now i want to visit the US on a tourist visa, but I don't know if i should apply for one and what are my chances of getting it

  4. So, my marriage to a US citizen was deemed fraudulent after our answers didn't match. I found out while in Canada trying to enter the US.(2015). I have filed for a divorce early this year(hopefully she does not contest it😓  I have a British passport as well as a Bahamian Passport( I used only the Bahamian to travel back and forth). Will the embassy give me a tourist visa if I apply USING MY BAHAMIAN PASSPORT? Can I use my British passport to gain entry into the US ?

  5. Hi Everyone,

I am going to the embassy to get  my F1 visa. my parents are green card holders and live and work in the US.  My school wants me to provide evidence either   bank statement to show that they have sufficient funds to support me for one year of studies. While their accounts won't reflect that,, they will be paying for my studies perhaps through a payment plan or their salary. Do I show them their statement anyway or would they have to show that the funds are already there on the account?

  6. Hello! I ts been 2 years since my green card and visa was cancel. I was married to a US citizen for 4 years and we went for our final interview to have the conditions dropped. We both failed  the interview and they deem the marriage a fraud. My  daughter lives with my wife in the US. We are still married. she visits me every so often. How do I apply for re-entry in the US to see them?
