I think I am over thinking it....still!

My H1B was issued in 2017 Dec for 1 year. University applied for extension in July 2018 with "No Change" (my job title, responsibility, salary and location is unchanged). Still pending. This is my first H1B. I am in a university as postdoctoral fellow. Is this sign of extension request denial by USCIS? Anyone has any experience? Thank you.

Box 12 says:

12. List all exchange visitor programs in which you participated, beginning with the first program

I have extension in the same university. So I say it as one DS-2019 or do I list as two consecutive Ds-2019? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

I am on university funding. I am applying for waiver on "No Objection" basis. I do not have VISA stamp on my passport as I never left. So I do not know how to find "Control number" and "issuing post" for DS-3035 Box-17. I am not out of status. Thanks.

I never left us. So I do not have any VISA stamp on my passport. Sorry for not putting the info clearly.

    I am applying for J1 waiver. I changed from F1 to J1 in US and never left. Box-17 in DS-3035 says "Control number" and "issuing post". Where do I find these info? Thanks,
