  1. Hello:)

So... I am hoping you guys can help me out as my fiance and I are confused on what to put in as the province when it comes to his mailing address...

He lives in a neighborhood called Tanja Balia in Tangier, Morocco... postal code is 90000... I'm assuming Morocco has provinces; however my fiance doesnt understand what this word means, nor am I too familiar with it being I am from the US and the US doesnt have provinces. hahaha... At first my fiance told me its the same as his city (tangier) because thats what his brother told him.... I told my fiance that I didnt think so... then he came up with Malabata somehow... then he said that malabata is incorrect and now says its tanger - assilah.... but he is still unsure... i googled "tanger-assilah" and it comes up as "tangier-assilah prefecture of morocco"... i dont know what prefecture is... if its the same or not as a province... so that makes two of us still unsure...

can someone enlighten us as to whether he lives in a location of a province? We dont want to fill in incorrect information... we just have it blank for now...

also, is the province even necessary? I have mailed him a package without his address stating any province and he received the package without any problem... would it be okay to just leave the province box blank?

    thanks for helping us

  2. Hello,

I hope all is well with everyone. :)

So... I currently live in california, USA and do not know as of yet whether I will send my i129f k1 fiance visa file via USPS or fedex/ups etc... I would like to think I am half way done with it and will be mailing it out soon as of now, hahaha.... but i dont know... anyways, I just want to make that these are the correct addresses to send the file to, depending how i send it off.

File Form I-129F at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility:
    For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

    USCIS
    P.O. Box 660151
    Dallas, TX 75266

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:
    USCIS
    Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
    Suite 400
    Lewisville, TX 75067

Thank you so much for your time and help:)

  3. When it comes to my fiancé's mailing address... I know it; however, I am unsure how to fill it out on the i129f form as the format is a little different... he is from Morocco... could someone please kindly help me? his address is similar to this example:

John Doe, n*4, rue 84, 90000, Tanja Balia, Tangier, Morocco

john doe would be his name

n*4 he says Would be his house #

rue 84 would be his street

    Malabata his province

    90000 his postal code

    tanja balia his neighborhood

    tangier his city

    morocco his country

so when filling all this out on the form (only with his correct address and not this example given)... so far I feel I would put the following...

in care of name: none - n/a (he handles his own mail)

street # and name: rue 84

    Apt. Ste.  Flr. _______

    city or town: Tangier

    state: none - n/a

    zip: none - n/a

    province: malabata

    postal code: 90 000

    country: morocco

    my questions..

    1) when it comes to his house #... in the box should I just write house # n*4

    And...

    2) where do I write in his neighborhood?

thanks for your time, greatly appreciate it

  4. hello,

so... I am just beginning this k-1 fiance visa process. I have just printed and started filling out the i-129f form. I so far have two questions after filling out the very first page...

    1) If I dont have the following:

         an A-number

         an USCIS online account number

         any other names used

an in care name, apt, ste, flr, province when it come to my mailing address...

should I leave these all blank or simply write "none".. i've researched this question on my own; however, I am still unsure as people say to do both, leave them blank and to write none as an answer...

    2) when it comes to my mailing address, what do i put for postal code? I am unsure as to what this is... I have filled in my zip code and know that the USA doesnt have any provinces... but what is a postal code?

Thanks to everyone who has taken their time to read through my questions, and an even bigger thanks to those who respond back with help. I greatly appreciate it.
