Thanks everyone. It changed back to non immigrant again with new case creation date

So our K1 was under AP for a month. Two weeks ago got an email to bring the passport and the status changed to non immigrant application received. Two days ago it changed back to refused and immigrant visa. They have the passport. The embassy is Tbilisi Georgia. Any idea why it changed back to immigrant visa?

We had our K1 interview last month in Tbilisi and the status was IV refused.  The status changed last week to application received NIV And they requested the mail them the passport and two days ago the status changed to Administrative processing NIV. Today it changed back to NIV application received again. Did anyone experience that? Going to application received two times?

No you dint have to be a us citizen to get an appointment. In fact they don’t even ask for your name when scheduling an appointment. Just go to their website and schedule an appointment. Make sure you have a flight booking before you go to passport agency. They dont issue you an expedited passport if you dont have that. Here ia my suggestion. Call Emirates airline and book a ticket within next week if you are in rush and need your passport.  They dont charge and email your booking right away

i had my oath yesterday in detroit in the morning. the oath was done by 11 am and the passport agancy was right across the street. i had an appointment and i filled out everything the night before. went there and applied for passport and got my passport same day. i had my passport 2 hours after my oath ceremony.

Just had my interview. The called me on time and was finished in half an hour. Waited almost an hour for my oat letter (Oct 12). 

very young and nice officer.  She was really really beautiful as well

Told her about my tickets and name change and that was it

@nesh123 did you go for interview? How did it go? Did they give you the oat letter right away?

we all have some concerns here but it seems like you guys are freaking out for no reason. We are here to help each other but as @lovelyalex

mentioned you can always google and if you can't find your answers then feel free to ask but don't expect others to find the answers for you when you don't even try. 

Coming to this forum and freaking out over something that is normal process is really annoying to be honest. We all have issues and worried but  we should be positive here. 

And again i thank united states  that i am a permanent resident and they let me work and travel in their country. Believe me they didn't have to

based on my experience you should. Even if you dont just schedule an info pass and ask them for help. You guys should be fine. It's a normal process and you have nothing to worry about. Worst thing can happen you schedule an info pass and they figure it out. You can always call your state representative if you dont get it next week. They will call your local USCIS on your behalf and solve your problem within hours  my uncle had to leave the country immediately and he applied for Travel document. Since he had to go i called my state representative and she called uscis and emailed me his Bio appointment within a couple hours. The good thing is that shes a permanent resident and lets not forget even if our N-400 is delayed we are still a permanent resident who can freely work and travel. Lets not forget there are many people who wish they were a permanent resident and in our situation.

I'm frustrated about the Google doc as well - it looks like at one point someone tinkered with the filters, then removed the filter and took a bunch of people with it.  If you don't know what you're doing, don't edit the document.  Is there a way we can revert back to an earlier version, does anyone know?

Someone is deleting us on purpose. I added my info probably 5-7 times already  and next day its gone
