I was married in 2010 and filed for my husband in 2014 I ended all relationship due to him cheating. The I130 was approved but he never got his visa cause he needed a pardon which was denied twice. He told me he'd get the divorce cause it was cheaper in Nicaragua but I never got proof come to find out we were never divorced. Now I'm in love have a new guy that I want to marry but he needs an I130 to stay. Can I file an I130 for my second husband if I just recently divorced? I love him but I need to know what are our options.
