I-130 for Stepchild - Question Regarding Part 5 in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America Posted May 19, 2017 Hello, I am filing an I-130 for one of my Stepchilds currently living in Colombia. Details: Me-US Citizen Stepson - Age 16 Wife (mother) - Permanent Resident - Immigrated via K-1 with my other Stepson (K-2) whom is already here as of 2015. On the form under Part 5 it asks: "Have you EVER previously files a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?" Are they talking about any previous I-130 partitions or ANY including the K-1 and K-2 Visa petitions? I called USCIS for clarification, but they couldn't answer the question. It would be great if someone could clarify this for me.
