NVC response changes with every call they get. When I called they said, " Interview get scheduled last week of month to first week of the month".

I wonder what the protocol is if the last week of the month is the same week as first week of the following month such as the week of October 30th being monday up to November 3rd friday.   does that week make up for both?  Its a puzzle! Fingers crossed they schedule next week for mid to late December

  2. I called NVC on November 1st and they verified that my spouses case was completed on October 31st.  I know they started scheduling interviews earlier this week, do you know if they will continue scheduling interviews next week or does it get rolled over to the next month now?

I am wondering if my spouse will still be able to get interview for sometime in December?

    Embassy is Mumbai, India

    Spouse Visa

    CC: October 31, 2017

  3. Approximately  51 - 55 days to review so your expected date would be end of October....

Hi just letting you guys know scan date 7 sep. we called today and the representative said it is in review. But it could take up to 11 week. they never said it is in review before all they were saying it is in line to be reviewed.

I guess its a good sign.

Do you guys know how long it usually take to get response once they start reviewing it?

    Thanks

Hello VJ Fam so my husband still lives at home with his father, he waiting for me to move back to the US before we buy a house. Would his father have to also submit an AOS and provide financial evidence; Even tho he's not going to be a joint sponsor ?

Do not count me to it... but I am a US Citizen and live at home as well, I did not have anyone file an AOS to provide any financial evidence..... I think as long as you comply with the income requirements, you do not need to have anyone file for it.... if you do not meet the income requirement and etc.. you may need to have someone else also submit the AOS... and if you do.. I think you need to also provide all of their documents.... you can call the NVC and verify..
