I had an accident two days ago and I am scheduled for an oath taking this coming Wednesday May 17. I was cited to appear in court on June 20 just to show proof of my car insurance which I didnt have on the car during the accident .
1. Should I answer "yes" to question about traffic violation? Although it was just matter of showing proof of insurance to the court which is dated later on.
2. Would they postponed me from the oath taking when i go there?
