    I-131 delays at NBC

    in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

    Hi,

     

    My I-131 was received Dec 16th 2016 by USCIC and I am still waiting for any sign of life from them. I have called several times and they just say to wait until the processing time page updates (currently says processing I-131s as of Dec 3rd and updated on April 18th 2017).

     

    Is anyone else still waiting for I-131s filed 3, 4, 5 or 6 months ago at the NBC?

     

    Any recommendations as to what step to take next?
