Hello everyone, my case was approved from USCIS and now at NVC.. i received my case number but no invoice number and the letter states: "However,  your  case  is  not currently  eligible  for  further  processing  because  there  is  an  annual  limit  on  the  number  of  immigrant  visas  that the  Department  of  State  can  issue.  For  some  visa  categories,  the  wait  could  be  many  years" as it's f2A category.

 

My wife was previously pregnant and we lost the baby due to several complication. She is currently pregnant and started complaining those issue and our country wss affected by mudslide. 

Is their anything I can do to speed up the process?

Got an Rfe too FOR re signing form 325-a  , and received result in 2 weeks .

 

Note : This is my assumption and it may be wrong too , uscis picks cases alphabetically .....

i think we should do something , i mean other centers are moving forward except california, if there is a problem with i130 it should be in all other centers and not just california. so what do u guys think,.

should we all try calling them? atleast this will show them that we are anxious

hello, we applied for i130 , our priority date is 27 feb 2017.. our centre is california.. its taking such a long time to move and we dont know what is the problem exactly... anyone else in california?

i also noticed that the dates are not moving at all since the day we applied ... all the other centers are moving forward nicely.. is there any problem with california centre in particular. cant we make an inquiry about it to see why is california taking so long?
