Having an interview based on divorce in 5 days could any one share their experience and interview process and the set of questions they might ask

3/11/2019 - USCIS received I-751 Joined Application 

5/21/2019 - Biometrics Taken

12/20/2019 - Submitted divorced paper w/ additional supporting documents to USCIS

3/26/2020 - Case transferred for interview scheduling

3/4/2021 - Missed interview 

3/6/2021 - Received denial letter for I-751

3/11/2021 - Interviewed with USCIS supervisor and approved on the spot!!!!!!

have you experinced such an interview if so could you share more light on what to expect 

good evening i am going to make a long story short and see if i can get some words of encouragements or tips

i am married since 2013 with some evidence of co mingeled renting apartment , some photos with us my step dugtether some banks account which where open and closed due to financial issues

dog adoption papers and some utility bills on and off from the time we were renting until we moved in with the brother in law for about a year until we get our financial together and moved to a new place which i ended up leaving  due to cheating issues.

in 2017 we were legally seperated and i filed for i751 based on divorce with final divorce decree in hand

i am soon to be scedualed for an interview in miami fl

and was wondering if any one can share his interview experince on i751 waiver based on good faith divorce.

i feel like i am lacking in documents and feel very uncomfortable and looking to some more words of advice  and experinces

I spoke with my lawyer who adviced with do a fior request  to see what is going on since non of the agency will release informatioon

and what he thinks since the case is not being showed in immigration court 

that this is an expediated removal order that was issued

but can not be fulfilled due to the fact I already adjusted my status

so its a situation where they do not know what to do with me at the moment

and if they want to fulfil this order they will have to revoke my gc first and that could not be done without immigration court

this is very stressfull to know you have a removal order against you

and I am not really sure what is going on

as of may 2017 I have filed my i751 waiver

I recently discovered through visiting info pass that I have another A Number assigned to me which carry a deportation order 

I do not have much information other then my new Alien number and also uscis could not supply me with any more information and wont extend I-551 until they could find what is it about

I then called  uscis hotline she advised  that CPB are the one who issued this A number and she "thinks" it is related to my tourist visa which I overstayed 

to my understanding that should be forgiven or addressed before i485 was approved.

and in that case the I-485 should of never happened 

the weird thing is that when I call the immigration court 1800 automated hotline providing the alien number uscis provided me with

the system could not locate any thing open or any judgment made

naturally due to the new findings I am assuming even if uscis wants to make a decision in my case they could not

or If they decide to deny it I might have a order removal already issued against me

that they cold execute at any given point

is there any other sources I could try to find more information other then FOIR which could take allot of time ?

just to make it clear I was never served of NTA and was never aware of the existence of the additional alien number

I also had never applied for GC Or other immigration based visa In the past so why the hell would I have another A Number ?

i am about filing for i751 based on marriage for the past three years

guys this have been up and down the hill of a journey

our story begins in a small apartment low income struggling to even keep a shared bank account open

we have some open and closed on and off that we have shared 

and each one of us had a personal account as well.

during that time we were using alot of cash gathered from my mom

through 2013 mid 2015 our relationship was good but due to the financial struggling were not the greatest 

mid 2015 we could not even afford our place and had to move to the downstairs brother inlaw apartment were we stayed for a year and a half

around october i got a new business going and things going great thank god we moved to a new place 

having bills under her name some under mine 

we do have policy insurance together

and shared title on a car

our taxs throughout the year came to me as a surprise

as i just found out she was filing as head of house hold

also during gathering documents for our file i have found some fraudulent credit cards she opened under my name without my knowledge

and here is the best one yet i have found out she was pregnant with another guy and recently had an abortion ( i have found out this looking through our mail which was hidden at the house )

finding many medical bills and insurance claims that were not granted.

looking back at our marriage i feel like a fool and being used by her pretty much for my identity and benefits she could claim...

with that been said due to the situation my documentation for the i751 is pretty limited and as follow

- Lease 2013-2015 

- peco bills 2014-2015 under my name

- verizon bills 2014-2015 under my name

- rest utilities paid by the apartment complex so we have nothing else

- few opened and closed shared bank account with not much activity but in both our names

- my tax return 14.15.16 married filing separately , her tax return 14-15-16 - head of house hold ( she dident even put me in her tax return ) 

- w2 some of her w2 shows married status

- water bills under her name in new house DEC 2016-current

- peco under her name in new house DEC 2016-current

- directv under my name in new house April 2016-current

- ids of both of us showing our address

- joint insurance car and renters insurance for the new place

- joint car title 

- dog adoption papers

- shared pictures with step daughter who also lives with us throughout the years 

- brother inlaw affidavit stating we lived with him from july 2015 through dec 2016

i am freaking out both in my overall life situation and my upcoming i751

now keep in mind i am thinking of separating but my i751 is due in a month as my temp GC is about to expire

even if i am separating at the moment a divorce decree in the state i live in would take 5-6 months to finalize if everything goes smooth 

your input and advice is much appreciated
