Hello. This is the current issue that my brother in law is facing. He was fingerprinted in the U.S., the Embassy in Chicago mailed 3 copies to Mexico City. The police are saying they need more information. My sister is hysterical, they leave for Juarez Monday. Can someone please help me.

If you will have the interview and the medical exam in Cd Juarez, why did you not schedule the fingerprint scan and photo at the CAS center in C.d Juarez? It is fairly easy and only takes 30 minutes. It is very close to the U.S Consulate in Cd. Juarez and can even be done one day before the interview date. You should schedule an appointment. You can schedule online or call their office.
