I have a small question about a honeymoon if I'm from California and we plan to get married in California. Can we go on a Honeymoon to Hawaii? I am worried about the whole visa thing. Would we be able to go and come back without any problem?

I'm just wondering if anyone know what exactly has to be filled out before the interview for my fiancee visa? Is there anything I can start now to get ready once she gets her packet and have everything ready?

I finally got my Approval about stinking time! I've waited since OCT I have been so discouraged in and out because of how long it took but I Am soooooooooooooooo Happy now.

I feel like I'm the only one left from Oct that still hasn't even got a simple touch. IS THERE ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE???

My friend at work askes me everyday. DID YOU GET IT OR HAVE YOU HEARD ANYTHING? I always tell him nothing. He then decided to draw this short comic. I of course not having a good day this made me laugh because this is exactly how I feel about this whole process. I just hope it comes a lot sooner than this. I hope you all enjoy the small comic.

So if anybody knows an email address or a direct telephone number to contact them that would be great. I have already called the 800 number. Please let me know if anyone knows?? I'm starting to feel sick because of all these other approvals and it is getting close for filers in December to start getting approvals and I'm still in November.

Yes I am, but I haven't had a touch since 10/17/06 It already past four months!

At the USCIS they say that they process all the petitions and documents in the order they recieve them. I know that i have been told a thousand times that every petition is different but that is contradicting to what they say. The thing I want to know is WHY people in November have recieved their NOA2 when I turned my petition in, in OCT no touch AND NOTHING!!! This is also contradictry to what they tell you on the phone and on the internet. WHY

This is ridiculous I'm seeing more and more people getting their approvals for the I-129F everyday. Now I'm seeing people that filed in November are starting to get their approvals. What did I do wrong? Why is it taking our's so long? I have had enough of this waiting game and I'm starting to feel even more sick everyday that I see I haven't got any notice from the service center. Not even a touch. I'm just so frustrated and I can't stand to be waiting in this kind of anticipation my whole life. I'm sorry if I come of angry but I just need to know what I did wrong or WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG and WHY ARE OTHERS GETTING THEIR APPROVAL BEFORE OURS? I turned my papers in, in OCT!

Relax. Nobody can answer that for you! But people have waited a LOT longer - only a couple of weeks ago there were still people on here getting approved who filed in September. And in August. There are probably STILL a few August/September filers waiting, I'd guess. But it will come... I know it looks like 'everyone' except you has had their NOA2, but remember that the people posting & filling in timelines on here are only a tiny, tiny percentage of the total number of people going through this process. You're NOT the only one still waiting to be approved... just sign up for email updates if you haven't done so already, keep checking for touches if that makes you feel better, and above all, be patient!! It is very likely going to come any day now... then you'll wonder what all the angst and teeth-gnashing was about!!

How will I know when I recieve my NOA2. I Just don't know what to expect and when to expect it! If anyone can give me some insight thanks

I must say that I am really jealous. Please tell me what you did or what I need to do to get my NOA2. But I grately congradulate you! I am happy but kinda depressed myself!

I turned my I-129F in Oct 12th to the CSC and I still haven't got any word on the NOA2. I know that several other people on the site that have turned their papers in after me have already recieved their approval . I just need to know what is going on and if anybody knows any other information as to what is taking so long and why I haven't recieved any news.
