Are you saying that you were granted a tourist visa? Praying it worked for you and that even being very nervous that everything you said was 100% honest.
Do bear in mind that having the visa still does not guarantee entry to the USA. You will still need to answer questions at the Port of Entry. While the Visa gives you a good shot you should be prepared for questions as to why are you're visiting and what compels you leave at the end of your visit. And again, you must be 100% honest in your answers at POE as you don't want any real or perceived misrepresentations on your file when you later are petitioned for a spousal visa.
WHO ARE YOU ???? I WAS APPROVED SPOUSAL VISA. I DID NOT SAY VISITOR. THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON TO BE DENIED TO THE USA. I ALSO SAID THE INTERVIEW WAS VERY SHORT AND HE DID NOT ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS

Hello fello VJ's! I am married to a LPR and i want to give him a surprise visit on our anniversary through a tourist visa. Is it possible that I will be given a chance to enter US being married to a lpr? If yes, after my vacation, we will start our application early nextyear for spousal visa. Is it okay to have a tourist visa and apply for I-130 afterwards?
Thank you!
Almost impossible to receive visitor visa for a spouse

This may sounds like a stupid question, but here goes.
I'm in the UK and my fiancé and I planned on getting married in the US with me on a K1 visa and I was going to do my adjustment of status. However, my poor father had a heart attack and is no longer able to fly plus Denver is like a mile up in the mountains so the altitude would not be good and his insurance through the roof. So, being his only daughter, so he can be there we moved it to the UK. Now, we already filed for our K1 and I understand our only option is to withdraw it and file a CR1.
My question is, as we are soon to be married, can we file for the CR1 prior to getting married or do we have to file after our wedding date (25th Nov 2017). Also, what do we need to submit? I ordered extra copies of our marriage certificate so we can send this off along with everything else. What are everyone else experiences? How long will we have to wait? Its soooooo frustrating. Please don't say we should have got married in the US. I wanted my Dad there, I had no option.
Thank you.
K1 is fiancee visa and if approved you come to the USA and be married. If you marry where you are, you need to I-130---K3..if that is approved by NVC it is transferred to the Embassy and becomes a IR1 or CR!. I have found trying to get approvals for anything is almost impossible. We had beed married over 2 years and still had a hassle

You seem to be married to a US citizen. Maybe that is why they don't want to give you the visitor visa. Or they were not convinced by the ties.
I have friends with LRP partners in the US who got visitor visas.
She can only do her best and try to get the visa.

I don't know what the problem is with our Government. They say we didn't file out the G-325 because it is on the I-130. Every one says send it any way. They are wrong. They make mistakes and it means nothing.

They will not issue a visitor visa. I tried that after our marriage. We had all documents showing ties to the Philippines. They wouldn't even look at them and denied it saying we didn't show ties to the Philippines. I'm trying to expedite now for medical reasons and seems they don't care.
