PD. Feb 24. 2017

RFIE. Received USCIS ON 3/21/2017.I485

EAD received May 9 2017

Today from RESPONSE TO INITIAL EVIDENCE WAS RECEIVED TO NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED

I-130 Still Case was Received.

This petition is for USC for minor under 18

Im in LA.

I know every case is different just for your data.

My son got his EAD on the 68 Day regardless we got a RFIE for our I-485 and yes I think every case is different.

AOS is still showing they received the response thats it but at least I have his EAD SS and California ID and we are just waiting for the interview.

Interview is really far I believe most likely September or August.

True, you wont need the ead, your GC is your key for all.

Also when you apply for your SS it will come up with no restrictions, like VALID ONLY FOR WORK.

About the RFIE I can say no, nothjing to do with your EAD my sons EAD was on NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED on May 4 and on May 5 APPROVED we got that approval letter yesterday and as of today I got another update that CARD WAS MAIL TO ME.

My sons PD 2/24/2017 for all forma I-765, I-485 and I-130.

Got a RFIE on March and responded next day I received got biometrics on March 30th.

Im happy for my son he is 16 and now I can get his health insurance.

February is moving forward.

Well yes thats what I read here.

For my son didnt affect cause we got that update that new card is being produced.

I dont know if it helped or not but what i did was submitted a ER saying we needed his SS to get health insurance coverage and when i logg in his account it says at the bottom WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IF YOUR DOCUMENT CANNOT BE PRODUCE or something like that but I beleive is because of the e request cause now says CARD IS BEING PRODUCED.

I fixed my papers since 2013 then the I 751 then the USC, may older son fixing abroad and now my younger son here in the USA AOS.

I read a lot and what I can say that is it much better if would have a interview for my son VS a waiver it is just my opinion I respect all other say here according to their experience.

I hope everybody get good news soon, believe me I know what is all this process.
