I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all of your support throughout our journey!
our PD is 10/26/2016. My wife had received her visa and boarded the plane to the US on 10/26/2017.
I actually went and “picked her up” - the POE in Dallas was a breeze and I can’t be more thankful for how things have turned out.
if you are still waiting - Don’t give up!! I know there are moments when you think it will never workout - trust me We’ve been there!! But things will workout when the time is right.
Thanks again! I hope you all will reunite with your loved ones soon.

Congratulations!! How did you find out? Website or a letter in the mail?

You are not alone .. I am sitting here waiting as well .. They are processing and approving November cases and we are still here waiting .. not fair! Has there been any new approvals from October recently? I believe 10/25 is the bottom of the list at Nebraska as all the cases beyond that date were transferred to Texas. Any early October filers are still waiting here?

When they received my application, their advertised processing times used to update monthly and they were on track to the point where I thought they would start approvals in March for the October filers but then Trump becomes a president and here we are today.
I just wish they would give true dates to when they would process an application so people can plan their lives accordingly. They treat petitions as just paperwork with no consideration to the peoples' lives effecte by thier disorganization.
I am tired of saying "let's hope this week is our week" it does get really old after saying over and over for 3 months.

Case ending 9580 changed to "Name was updated" on 4/28 then it was approved on 5/3. That's a really good sign 🙂 Best of luck to you!

You and I both .. it's unbelievable! I can't go visit either as I want to be around here if/when things go to NVC .. I keep checking this blog, facebook groups and of course the apps and thr site .. I just don't know what to do anymore ..

I've been reading this forum for about 4 months now and I finally got to create and account and share my thoughts with you! 🙂
My pd is 10/25 at Nebraska and "case was received" is the status on my case still.
after doing some research, it seems like there were 20 (I-130) cases received by Nebraska on 10/25 and so far only one case out of twenty has been approved on May 3rd.
I am hoping that all of us October filers will get approved soon. Congrats to all of those who have received their approvals already.
