When you say expired you mean he is deceased?

When did your father become a citizen?

When did he file for you?

    Your age?

    ye he is deceased.

my father became a citizen before i born, but my father did not filed for me until i was 18 that's a big  mistake done by my dad   otherwise i was an  American by birth.

    he filed me in 2014

    my age is 27.

And I said it looks like F1 and F2B are moving at the same pace. Are you still in doubt? This is the April bulletin, came out today.

Why would your father want to move to the USA as a pensioner, never having lived here, and potentially loosing his pension and his support network?  That is the question you will need to answer for the CO at your interview.

As to taxes, he may not make enoug income now  as a pensioner (check on that, the threshold for filing taxes is low), but he probably did make enough beforehand.

My father wants to move usa because of me as I am going to immigrate and second thing he is not loosing his pension he gets every month in his u.s bank account and one more thing my friend is ready to support for joint sponsor his income his more than $150k will it be okay

It will take about a year.  The USC parent will need to show intent to re-establish domicile, so I would suggest they visit the USA during the petition, look for a job and a place to live, somewhere to enroll the kid in daycare/ school etc.  Also, make sure the USC parent files taxes with the IRS if they haven't.

My father is a us citizen he stayed majority of life in a foreign country he is a retired pensioner having valid bank account in usa.and I am the only one.no kids to enroll in school and no need to file taxes because he is a retired pensioner so what is the best way to obtain domicile certificate
