Does anyone know the average USCIS processing times for I-612 applications? Mine is at the VSC and I'm wondering how long it'll take. Does anyone have a recent timeline that they can share?

Does anyone know how long it take USCIS to respond to an email request?

did USCIS tell you an aprox of how long it should take after you get your receipt number?

Because if its based on what the website says it should take about a month if its being processed in Vermont... https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

IDK if this truly applies to us J1 waivers though.. thats why Im curious if they told you anything in relation to processing times

 

They didn't say how long it would take. They referenced their website that notes that they're processing applications from April 3rd. I'm hoping it doesn't take too long though.

On this thread people have been saying it can take like 6 months to get something back from UCSIS. 

 

It takes much longer than the DOS part of the process. I am at DOS. 

 

 

 

 

It shouldn't take that long. I did hear from USCIS earlier and now have my receipt number. If it's taking too long, I suggest you reach out to your congressman.

Any updates on getting your receipt notice from USCIS? My waiver was approved by DOS on 06/12/17 and I haven't received mine as yet. Researching online shows that it should take 10-14 days.

Oh thank god. Mine was displaying the same issue today and I was terrified. I was wondering if it was because I was checking too often. Does anybody else check multiple times per day?
