Anyone have any suggestions about what (or even if) there is anything I can do? I am in the process of AOS which was sent back at the end of November. They sent an RFE in early February and we have yet to receive it. They resent it 2 other times and we still haven't received it! They said we just have to wait another month until we receive it because they already sent it 3 times. ????? Is there anyplace to call or are we stuck with no answers (as usual).

My fiance went to get his police certificate and he had a drug charge on there that he was never aware of. Apparently he was at a party where people got caught with drugs around 5 years ago and everyone at the party had had this charge put on their certificate. They opened a case on him and nothing was found b/c it had nothing to do with him, but the original charges still remain. What do we do? Will this cause a problem? What can we do?

I'm in the process of filling out I-134 and was wondering if anyone could help me. I'm not sure what to put as my annual salary. I make a base income plus overtime and bonus. With the overtime and bonus my salary is double. So should I write my base income? or should I write my total income?

The embassy hasn't received a copy of the case and as per nvc's shipment date and checking dhl it should have arrived. What happens if the case gets 'lost in the mail'?

Hi Everyone

I called the NVC and asked about my case... they said it was on the way to the embassy . I asked for the dhl tracking number for my case and they said we don't have that and hung up. I thought I've seen posts where people suggest to track dhl. Was I mistaken?

I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to have Packet 3 sent to a different address than the one they have on file for my fiance?

He will be visiting his brother for a couple of weeks right when the package is due to arrive, so I was wondering if there was a way for him to get it there.

Congratulations!

Quick question: does that mean that the interview date came in Packet 3? From the timeline I thought that Packet 3 was sent and you had to mail some papers back to the Embassy and then Packet 4 came with an interview date? Can someone please clarify?

Hi All:

I have seen many people that applied on May have received their answers already. I have May 22 and it's been 4 months and 3 days. I am starting to worry. Do you think I will be receiving it soon?Some have an earlier date than me and haave received it already. I understand not all the cases are the same but... you know it gives you an idea of when to expect an answer. Since VCS change the times I am not quit sure qhen to expect an answer now. I am confused .

Just wanted to let you know you're not alone. I filed April 2nd and I'm still waiting on my NOA2. I contacted my local Congressman to see if they could help me with they case. They informed me that I should hear something within the next two weeks.
