Thanks, that is what we are hoping :-) as soon as the visa comes they will be headed over to enter the US then
married and application for change of status. Should all happen before her daughter is 21 (fingers crossed)

I have a question, my Fiance and her daughter went to the Visa interview on 8/29. They each have DS-160 filled under the same number
but with at 01 SYD or 02 SYD at the end, after the interview, I needed to send an i-134 Affidavit of Support because I had used the wrong
form. My Fiance's status on CEAC changed to Administrative Processing while her daughter (who is 20) stayed at Ready. Today, Her daughter's
changed to Administrative Processing as well. Then in the afternoon. My Fiance's changed to ISSUED and her daughter's stayed
Administrative Processing. We got notification that my Fiance's passport was being sent via courier .
My question is would they put her daughter's in the same package? or would they ISSUE hers and not the daughter? I am not sure what
to think of this. It may be that they are together and will arrive Monday together or it could be that her daughter's is still being processed and
we may hear something Monday.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
K-2 Processing Issues
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures

My fiancé received her visa but her 20 year old daughter still hasn't received hers. When she went for the medical test, her daughter discovered that she was 6 months pregnant which was a shock to her and everyone. Her status on CEAC went from Administrative Processing back to Ready last week. For 3 days the status did not change but the date of last update kept changing and even my finances went back to Ready (they are linked). Now nothing for 3 days no status update no date change. It has been 16 business days since the interview and 9 business days since my fiance's visa was issued..
Not sure what all this means, is the pregnancy a problem, she told them at the interview that she was planning on putting it up for adoption when she gets here. They did not ask many questions and the folks at the interview did not think it would be an issue , nor did the doctor who did the medical. We are all extremely stressed and praying that the visa comes through this week. This is out of Sydney Australia so I don't know if anyone has had a similar experience?
Thanks
Bob
