you can submit the bank account which ever is a joint account. They just need a prove that u have a joint account.
The second answer is you can submit the form before the 90 days ends.
i had submitted 10 days before my expiration of gc it reached them 1 day before the gc expiration. Luckily I got safer. So my suggestion is It's better to submit within 90 days as it becomes risky to submit last moment.
