I've had my OPT approved and have received my EAD Card and have started working.  I was hoping to go home for christmas this year but am now wondering if I do,  amI going to be allowed back into the USA to work until the visa expires?  Reason I am asking is because written on the bottom of the EAD card is says 'NOT VALID FOR REENTRY TO U.S.'. Just wondering if anyone had any idea.  TIA

I am here on a F1 visa, and I have one year left before I graduate.  Since being here I have got engaged and was wondering if we got married and applied for change of status to start the residency process, am I able to still continue with school (as I have heard you can't) or should we wait until after I graduate next year? If we did start the process am I able to then legally work or am I still unable to do that until I have residency? Thanks
